Remember I am just a beginner,
but I can harvest some greens today!
Some green chives (I have them from year),
arugula,
red leaved ones, may be radicchio,
komatsuna mustard,
and one looks like small parsley but with strong anise taste, I do not know this one bit it is yummy too!

Hello from another beginner! :-) Looks like you harvested a pretty nice salad. This is my first year growing lettuce (or any type of salad green...unless you count the dandelions that nature grows for me *grin*).

For a beginner you have a great harvest, bet that salad was the best you ever had.

ReplyDeleteI'm thinking the anise one is fennel too. I won't have it in my garden this year though.
ReplyDeleteMay it be chervil? I do not remember planting fennel last year... I was planting some herbs last year, but everything that was growing was growing by accident :)
