Harvest Monday - April 22, 2013

My very first asparagus!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Planted last year, Mary Washington. I was thinking it is not survived the winter, it was so dry and almost not covered with soil/mulch.




And my regular everyday greens!

    Wow, congrats on the first asparagus. That must just about be the most exciting harvest you can get.

    I just planted my first asparagus this year. So I will be looking forward to my first harvest next year or so. Congrats on your first asparagus!
