My harvest today (and I believe it will be my everyday spring harvest now!) was-
tatsoy, garlic greens, mustard, komatzuna, some lettuces, radishes leaves and thinned turnips (on the right).
The tatsoy looks like a green rose!
Each Monday Daphne’s Dandelions hosts the “Harvest Monday” blog hop. Please visit!
I think the tatsoi is beautiful. That is one thing about it, petite and well behaved unlike some unruly greens. Of course I like the taste, too! :-)
ReplyDeleteI love that tatsoi. So pretty.
ReplyDeleteI grew lettuce and spinach at home, in the loggia. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Y_DPEYASSr4/UVAVey4uCXI/AAAAAAAAMAY/2qHCdYMpYgs/s1600/vkusniogorod-Urozhay-salata-shpinata+%25283%2529.JPG Sorry did not last long! ))) All ate very quickly. Now waiting for the summer.
